Maud Bonnet joined Geneva Call in 2011. She holds a Master’s Degree in International Humanitarian Law from the Geneva Academy of International Humanitarian Law and Human Rights and a Graduate Certificate in Management of non-profit Organisations from the University of Geneva. Before joining Geneva Call as Development Officer, she worked with the Geneva International Centre for Humanitarian Demining (GICHD), the International Organization for Migration (IOM), and the United Nations Institute for Disarmament Research (UNIDIR).
Elisabeth Decrey Warner co-founded Geneva Call in 2000. For over 25 years, she has worked with NGOs on issues relating to refugees, torture, disarmament and humanitarian norms. Her work was recognized in 2005 when she was nominated for Switzerland as one of the 1000 Women for the Nobel Peace Prize. Ms Decrey Warner was a member of the Parliament of the Republic and Canton of Geneva for 12 years and was elected its President in 2000. She is currently a member of the Advisory Board of the Geneva Centre for the Democratic Control of Armed Forces (DCAF) as well as of the Geneva International Center for Humanitarian Demining (GICHD). She was recently awarded an Honorary Doctorate by the University of Geneva.
Alex Gillen joined Geneva Call in 2016. He holds a Master degree in Management from Reims Management School and a Bachelor degree in Business law from Pantheon-Assas University. He also completed a MBA from Hitotsubashi University in Tokyo. Before joining Geneva Call, he worked in auditing firms and financial organizations, and then held management positions in different NGOs and NPOs.
Hichem Khadhraoui joined Geneva Call in 2016. He holds a Master degree in International Humanitarian Law and Human Rights from Western Cape University, South Africa and a Master degree in International Public and European Law from the University of Aix-Marseille III, France. He completed certificates in Leadership and Management from IMD Business School Lausanne and Columbia Business School, New York and is completing a certificate on security of international organizations with the Evosec institute. Before joining Geneva Call, he worked for over 10 years at the International Committee of the Red Cross both at field and headquarter level in positions of Manager and Program coordinator.
