Geneva Call’s Retreat 2022

In mid-May, Geneva Call organised a full week of internal discussions and workshops for its staff. Country Directors from all Geneva Call’s missions travelled to Geneva to meet with colleagues from the Support and Operations departments, and for many of them, this was the first face-to-face meeting after two years of pandemic.

The focus of the discussions were the internal dynamics between HQ and the field, the recent achievements on the ground, but also the current and future challenges and opportunities for Geneva Call.
